1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the winbd platform — whether through the website at winbd.bid or through the winbd mobile app — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the winbd platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and winbd. They apply to all use of the winbd platform, including browsing, account registration, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals, and participation in any promotions or the winbd VIP Club.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use a winbd account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your winbd account, is strictly prohibited. Each individual may hold only one winbd account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your winbd account credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details associated with your account. winbd will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

If you suspect that your winbd account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify winbd support immediately. winbd will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon notification, but cannot be held responsible for losses incurred prior to notification.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your winbd account, whether or not you authorised that activity. This includes bets placed, withdrawals requested, and any changes made to account settings.

winbd reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including where winbd has reason to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or where winbd is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

4 Deposits and Payments

winbd accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad. These are the only payment methods currently supported on the winbd platform. Deposits made through any other channel cannot be accepted and will not be credited to your account.

Deposits are credited to your winbd account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. winbd is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or technical issues on the provider's end.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• winbd does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile money account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• winbd reserves the right to request proof that the depositing account belongs to you before processing any withdrawal.

Any deposit made to winbd that cannot be matched to a registered account will be held pending investigation. winbd will make reasonable efforts to identify the source and return unmatched funds, but cannot guarantee return of funds deposited in error.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on winbd are processed to the same bKash or Nagad account used to make the original deposit. winbd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to accounts that differ from the depositing account.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, winbd may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard procedure and is in place to protect your account and comply with applicable obligations. Providing accurate documentation promptly will ensure your withdrawal is not delayed.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to verification requirements.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard.
• VIP Club members at Gold tier and above benefit from priority withdrawal processing.
• winbd reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms is suspected.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to any applicable bonus terms stated at the time the bonus was issued.

If a withdrawal request is declined, winbd will notify you of the reason and, where possible, advise on the steps required to resolve the issue. winbd does not charge fees on withdrawals, though your mobile money provider may apply their own charges.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the winbd platform — including Keno, Joker Poker, Racing, Lucky Dice, Keno Bonus Number, and Playtech Live tables — operate using certified random number generation systems. Game outcomes are determined entirely by these systems and cannot be influenced by winbd, by other players, or by any external party.

Game results displayed on the winbd platform are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game round, winbd reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the players involved. winbd's decision in such matters is final.

In the event of a discrepancy between the live dealer's announcement and the on-screen display, the system record will be treated as authoritative.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

The winbd VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to all registered players. Membership is tiered across four levels — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with progression based on cumulative wagering activity on the winbd platform.

VIP cashback is calculated on net losses over the applicable period and is credited directly to your winbd account balance with no wagering requirements attached. The cashback rate applicable to your tier is displayed within the VIP Club section of your account.

• VIP tier status is reviewed on a rolling basis. Failure to maintain the required activity level may result in a tier adjustment.
• VIP benefits, including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and account manager access, are subject to change at winbd's discretion.
• VIP status and associated benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the registered account holder.

9 Prohibited Conduct
